Holiday & Birthday
11 paid holidays per year. 1 day for your birthday. Effective 1st day of employment.

Administrative Leave
Up to 10 days maximum per year of active duty and military training, and up to 5 days maximum per year for jury duty. Effective after 30 days of employment.

Bereavement Leave
Immediate family (5 days). Grandparents & In-laws (3 days). Relative not a member of the immediate family (1 day). Effective after 30 days of employment. 

Short-Term Disability
Benefits paid effective first (1st) day of an accident or eighth (8th) day of sickness and cancontinue up to thirteen (26) weeks. 

Long-Term Disability
Long term disability is effective beginning the twenty-sixth week an employee is out of work. 

Life Insurance
Coverage through UHC starts @ $50,000, but can go up to $175,000 per employee(employee pays for extra)

401k
90 days after hire date employees are eligibility for contribution; vested immediately. Enhanced Matching Contribution: a matching contribution equal to 100% of your salary deferrals for each payroll period that does not exceed 4%.

Profit Sharing
NEW. 90 days after hire date employees are eligibility for contribution; vested immediately. The profit sharing component is new and will be added to each employee paycheck starting January 2023

Business Development
Any Elucidation employee who brings in new contracts or task orders or who significantly increases the level of effort on existing contracts will be eligible for this benefit. Management will negotiate a TBD amount with the employee.

Recognition Award
Awards are offered when a customer / supervisor nominates or officially recognizes an Elucidation employee.

Billable Hour Bonus
Any Elucidation employee who works/bills the prime (TBD) hours per quarter will receive a $250.00 cash bonus payable 2 weeks after the end of the quarter. This is an incentive to bill at least 1880 hours a year.

Employee Referrals
Elucidation employees who bring in a new employee may receive a bonus ranging from$3,000 – $7,500 provided the new employee remains an EC employee for I year.

Employee Assistance Program
Program includes professional counseling, legal &other resources, & survivor support.

Effective 1st day of employment.

Tuition Assistance
Coverage includes tuition, books & fees:

• Undergraduate – $4,000 maximum per year with grade of C or higher
• Graduate – $6,000 maximum per year with grade of C or higher Requires education plan approval by Management.

Effective 90 days after start of employment.

Professional Development
Assistance for passing grades in:

• Seminars/Certifications/Conferences – $2,000 max / year
• Information Technology or Acquisition related certificates – $3,000 max / year

Effective 90 days after start of employment.

501(c)(3) Non-Profit Contributions
Elucidation will match up to $500 per employee per calendar year to any charity or community group designated as a 501(C)(3) organization. This must be coordinated with Management in advance.
